VIP Sales Host Maasmechelen Village

We are looking for motivated people with an eye for details.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

➛ Guest warm welcome and farewell

➛ Managing in store capacity: ensure maximum capacity is reached (11 persons) at all times

➛ Booking management system

➛ Guest check in

➛ Opening and closing of the rope

➛ Manage walk in and new guest registrations

➛ Constant collaboration with the Hospitality team to manage no shows and late comers

➛ In-store shopping protocol explanation (30 minutes max, hand sanitizers, social distance, refund policy…)

➛ Close collaboration with the boutique staff and queue management host to maximise boutique capacity

EXPECTATIONS: 

➛ Seamless presentation

➛ Polyglot: French, Dutch and English – Germanis a plus

➛ Experience in VIP events and/or Luxury brands

➛ In-village knowledge – Brand knowledgeis a plus

➛ Confident and mature profile

➛ Proactive

➛ Stress resistant

➛ Available for 3 a 5 days a week
